Bleeding from nose and mouth . It was heavy bleeding with some clots from mouth. Earlier he used to smoke very much but left it 7 to 8 days earlier. He bleeded I think 3 to 4 times in a day.

Hello doc, whenever i speak loud or shout or sing songs my voice get changed. and its frequent. Little loud means my voice will get change and i feel like heavy while normal speaking. I don't have cold nor throat infection. Why this happens so frequent. I am facing this change from past 1 year.

I had an accident two days ago causing facial fracture. Doctors examined it, got xrayed, CTed. Zygomatic fracture. They stitched up the skin wound but said the bones didn't move so they let me home explaining it would heal on its own. Today I started to get mucus in my throat containing congealed blood (it's brown), should I be worried? Is this just the blood draining from my sinuses?
