Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I’ve been having very bad mucus at the back of my thoat and very strong bad foul smell

Hi im 25 yr old...im suffring from sensonural hearing loss as doc told me that...im not able to hear clear sound from my left ear also i feel very mild continuous buzzing sounds from my ear...that i only feel in silent place. i did treatment for it but didnt get effect also i did ayurvedic treatment for it nasayakarnapurna...but didnt get any effect. also doc told me that its a permanent hearing loss... plz suggest me for the same...i need to get my hearing back... sometimes it difficult to hear people. also suggest me the the solution that 100percent work. thank you.
