Hashimotos thyroiditis is a painless condition and usually won't have any pain in throat and difficulty in swallowing. It will have symptoms of hypothyroidism such as enlargement of thyroid gland, generalized weakness, weight gain, hair fall etc. You may be having associated reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits
