Pus coming out ear in 2 month old baby is usually because of acute infection of the middle ear known as acute suppurative otitis media. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. Keep baby ear dry and don't put anything. If symptoms persist then consult nearby ENT specialist or Paediatric specialist
