Sir, good evening was taking bath in the morning, water has gone in my ear and there is no hearing from the ear. Please tell me some tips.

Blood is coming from nose for my grand mother  from few days back ,we have consulted a local ENT Doctor and he suggested for blood test and by seeing blood test reports ,he claimed that it's because if insomnia and prescribed some medicines  and tonic for 5 days  ,my grand mother is wearing medicines daily ,but day before yesterday and today ,blood started coming again ,is there any serious issue or should be consult other doctor , she is suffering from. old since 4 weeks ,please respond ASAP
