Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have left choncha bullasa and deviated nasal septum and turbuinate hyprocreate I have face pain headache nose eye joint pain ent Dr suggest me for surgery but ask not guarantee for heache

I had my tonsils removed and turbinate cautery to my nose around 3 months ago. I have noticed that I wake up with sore throat that comes on and off, I still get a bad taste in my mouth and bad breathe. I had the procedure on my nose because it was blocked and I couldn’t breathe out of it especially during the night. I’ve noticed that now at night my nose is completely blocked and I struggle to breathe through it ar night. Do you think I might have to get another procedure to my nose?

Hi, I have been suffering with pain in my ear lately. it worsens during nights. It's been observed that whenever I get exposed to a low temperature like in the evenings or nights it is worsening. Ear and alongside of throat pain severely as I wake up. It is quite unbearable and recurring. I'm afraid I have an infection in my ear. Could you please help me with this?

I had ear wax removal today.. it was very painful and i felt dizzy twice during the irrigation procedure but felt relief after the wax was successfully removed. Now i just got home and my ear is so painful and there is water coming out.
