I am suffering from itching in left ear only at morning time 5 am and evening time 6pm..no pain in ear

MY FATHER AND BROTHER SNORE A LOT DURING SLEEP.WHAT MIGHT BE THE POSSIBLE REMEDY FOR THE PROBLEM? KINDLY SUGGEST

I suffer from sneezing and mucus discharge (liquid and thick yellow) after open up nasal congestion. This happen after wake up in morning. My Esnophil count slightly higher
