Having to clear my throat, chest of mucus catarrh every 2 minutes, I'm a singer and it's a real problem

Hi , have a few medicines bought for cold , cough , can i take them . Doctor here suggested some other ie monocef o and wikoryl but those were not available in store so they gave alternates like cedporite and sinarite Can i take them ?

I have been suffering from Tinnitus for a month now. I think it started when I went to the highest peak in Germany. Was fine till I was in the snow, but while coming down I had a very bad ear pain maybe coz if altitude sickness (I do have) but this was the worst. I went to a ENT specialist, she prescribed audiometry test, which am yet to do. Is there a permanent cure for this ? Not like hearing aids .. I mean a permanent cure for real!!??
