Saliva chocking
Saliva enter into my windpipe during sleeping at straight i.e. face towards the ceiling. It makes chocking. Besides, Saliva or food particle enters the windpipe frequently.

You seem to be suffering from recurrent aspirations. There are many causes for this problem such as vocal cord palsy, reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder, cranial nerve weakness etc. You need to get yourself examined by a specialist
