I got my nose pierced six months ago. It was okay after a month. But it started paining after that and not getting healed. Now a big bump is developed and not getting healed. Which doctor should I visit a dermatologist or ENT Doctor?

You seem to have developed allergic reactions towards the nose stud material. Sometimes it can be generalized metallic allergy leading to foreign body reactions and swelling. You need to remove the nose stud first and apply antiseptic with steroid ointment. You can consult nearby Dermatologist
