Ear hole oprated unsafe csom
2013 left ear lt t plasty done again 2017 nov cholesteatoma present same ear and operation done nov 2017 operation time. 6 hrs than jan 2018 doctor say same ear , ear drum hole is present i can help without operation how to fill this hole plz help me

You seem to be having remnant ear drum perforation after mastoid surgery. There are no medicines which can close the perforation which persistent. You should consider undergoing revision tympanoplasty
