I am facing irritation very minimal in the inside of my throat it increases if I smoke a cigarette I have stop smoking since the past week I would like to know what is the main issue regarding this and what solution can be used to cure it

Smoking causes irritation of the throat and vocal cords. Which in turn causes dryness and other symptoms in the throat. Consider doing regular mouth gargles and quit smoking. It is the only way out
