Chronic Cough

I’ve had a cough for a couple years now, it’s not a painful cough I don’t feel pain in chest or throat. It’s worse when I lay down. I sometimes cough up phlegm but not always, there’s no blood either. I am a smoker and have been for a couple years, average a 20 pack of cigarettes over a 3-4 days so not a big smoker.

Hi, my nose is blocked most of the times. At times only one nose is blocked. It creates difficulty in breathing. Advise a permanent solution for the same. I do take Sumo Cold medicine once in a while when the common cold is evident. I'm up for an ENT specialist check up if advised.

I feel strange dizzines

I feel dizzy almoust every part of the day. Its been a couple of mounts now. The dizzines is short like start end but it feels strange like there is something in my head and i see blury things like i move my head a lot.
