Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have something like gum behind my last molar ,is it for wisdom teeth and also my mouth look Normal

I am suffering from cold. Last 2 days in morning very small qty. Of dry blood coming in nose cough. I am having to much irritation in throat.

Hi Dr, I am 38 male Height 5.5ft Weigh 50kg. Naturopathic Doctor. I am suffering from sinusitis ,sciatica long time. I used Lemna minor 30 for nose root pressure pain and got pain relief. Since 2 week . During treatment I also take one dose Alliym cepa30 . Yellow colour Cough and sneezing increase. I am not sure it is due to allium cepa. Now cough with yellow colour increased especially in morning.Shall I continue lemna minor(now pressupain 60%decreased )?

I have to go for a nose and ear peircing is this weather suitable and artificial jewellery is Okk or not
