Sir i am suffuring from CSOM, MY ONE ear completly damage can't able to hear and there is small hole in middle of the another ear.. Doctor refer me antibiotic... How can i get ride of this infection... Is it will be possible to get well my complete damage ear without surgery

I am suffering from nasal obstruction for a year now. I have been diagnosed with DNS and polyp. I have been taking homeopathy medication but it doesn't work much on me although i am not willing to have such a long treatment. I AM CONFUSED THAT AFTER SURGERY WILL IT REOCCUR OR NOT. BUT PEOPLE SAY IT MAY OCCUR. SO SHOULD I GO FOR SURGERY OR NOT?
