I have a problem of headache and sinus and IHave done my X-ray results found right hazy maxillary antrum

Hello Sir/Mam I am 20yrs old and I speak normally but I am not able to speak 'R' word clearly . When I try to speak R word my pronunciation produce V in place of R.So I wants to ask any treatment is available regarding that problem

From past 2-3 days I am having pain in my right ear only when I chew something. It is normal otherwise. Only when I chew with my right jaw (and it is also not always) it pains. It seems like my muscles of ear are stretching. Just now I sneezed and all my right ear muscles stretched and it pained a lot. Can you please guide me reason for it or do I need to worry in this case?
