Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My brother has some ear problem, he has timming sound in his ears medicines also running but not improving, he is becom8ng hopeless due to this condition he cannot concertrate anywhere. His PTA test also taken which i had attached. Someone help please.

Hi, Me and my friend have extreme snoring problem. This is to an extent that our friends have started ostracizing us.
