I have yellow bumps in the back of my throat I’ve had them for about 2 years now. I’ve never known what it was and when I got checked for strep they never said anything about them. They just said I didn’t have strep. I don’t think it’s nothing. I wanna see what it is.

Hi i am lakshay i am 19 years old.. i was having cough and cold since a week and i also had fever but the fever has gone now but the cough is still there.. today i noticed that there was little blood in my cough but it was not there 2 days back when i checked .. is it normal? Cause my cough was really bad but now its kinda normal and maybe the blood is cause of the damage in my throat? Please help
