Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am experiencing brown phlegm from last 4 days. Especially in morning directly after waking up, I spit it out and have a pain while drinking water and swallow saliva.1st day as it was not coming out properly I tried gargling with hot salt water and this brown phlegm came out. I am a smoker too.

I had a tympanoplasty 15 days before..sound is like 30%of 1st week...i didnt hv cold...but i sneezed 2 times in 15 days with open mouth.. No wxercise no water no nose blowing. Will it work properly??i mean ..ye fail to nhi hoga na??

I've been feeling that my throat is dry for almost 3 weeks now even when I drink water. Last week, it was also a bit painful. Now, the pain is gone but I still feel like my throat is dry like it's got sand around it. Also, yesterday, my lips suddenly became swollen and even when I apply colc compress, it would not subside. Before, when I lack sleep, one of my hands would get really swollen, is this a sign of stress?
