There is mocusal thickning in left side of nose & because of that headache is increasing day by day medicines are not showing any sign of recovery what should I do

Your question is not very clear. You seem to be correlating your CT scan findings with your headache. Simple mucosal thickening may not be reason for your headache. Other causes for headaches such as migraine and tension type of headache disorder needs to be ruled out
