Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I usually get dry cough and cold very frequently and throat aches very badly..please advise

Hello, my throat infection started two days before with pain in my throat. Now i dont have pain but have cold and cough with hard sputum. I even have pain in my chest during cough and back pain as well. I took azithramycin 500, allegra 180 and dolo 650 as i had little fever as well.

Continuously Dry caugh when ech near tansil in neck ...in winter season dry caugh is more ...what i do...please suggest me.

I am facing irritation very minimal in the inside of my throat it increases if I smoke a cigarette I have stop smoking since the past week I would like to know what is the main issue regarding this and what solution can be used to cure it

Cold cough and high fever. Headache.. Nose bleeding one time. Please suggest me something.

I have nasal polyps from last 3 years and its paining very badly.Having migraine,jaw pain,headache,eye swelling,ear pain.Dont want to go for operation .Any other way to recover.

2013 left ear lt t plasty done again 2017 nov cholesteatoma present same ear and operation done nov 2017 operation time. 6 hrs than jan 2018 doctor say same ear , ear drum hole is present i can help without operation how to fill this hole plz help me

Hello. When I wake up or in the middle of my day. I suddenly feel everything around me rotating and then I start to vomit and then I get heavy buzzing noise in my ear. I have consulted many doctors. Few say it is because of Migranous vertigo. Some say it is tinnitus some day it's gas. But all the medications were of no use and recently my neck pain added up to the pain. I am a software employee and a boxer. Is there anything that can be done ?

I was having blocked nose all the day due to which i feel suffocating that's because of larger turbinates and allergies from several years.

Am not able to ear anything from right ear and I consulted doctor still sound is coming from ear and I can't hear anything please help me ,,it's disturbing me a lot ..I had wax in my ear and am putting drops and cleaning it everyday still sound is coming and can't hear anything..pls help me doctor am not able to concentrate anything bcoz of this.
