Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have having mucus in my chest since last 2 monts. It sounds weird while i cough and sometime it gIves me headache. Here is no good treatment and i tried home roomodies such as ginger, row egg and 3 bottles of cough syrup. Pls advise what kind of sickness is this?

Every time I eat sweets it feels like my throat is closing up and it only sometimes depends on the sweets for example cake from a bakery
