Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Im 31 year female having ear pain and watery discharge after i cleaned my ear with a match stick yesterday. Im a lactating mother.

In recent time am finding difficult to pronounce some of English words and if I try to talk fastly it will get slurred. Even this happening with some words of kannada too. What are the reasons and what should I do for correcting it??

Hello sir/madam,     My name is hardik and i am suffering from sinus infection and nasal polyps since around 5 years. I had passed through one surgery in june 2016 by ENT doctor.     After three mounth of operation the problem begin to start with same way which was it before.     Problem Statement:-     Right now my nose is completely block at sometimes but not both nose at a time. But during couple of days it is blocked together.     Its fill like some stuff is stuck inside the nasal strip and it transfer to other nose. It is very difficult to take breath at night as well as in day.     I AM USING XYLOFLO NASAL STEROIDS FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF SINCE 2 YEAR. But not Daily.. When it's needed most. And i also use of neti pot with saltnezz tab.     I have CT scan which is not older than 1year. I can attach it's photo if needed.     I really appreciate the expert advice on that.. It's very irritating and also difficult to focus on preparation of exams.

Throat is paining badly .. it is solan suddenly what medicine I am suppose to have

I'm a singer and ever since last year, whenever I sing high notes my left ear feels clogged or like there's a bubble. It's really annoying since I'm a soprano and need to be able to sing high notes comfortably.

My ears r blocked since one week.niw it is opened but left ear is still partially blocked.due to this I m feeling tremendous sound inside my ear... It's like hisss kind of sound it's very irritating as I m feeling continuous sound inside my ear.....

Nose are blocked and fever comes any time. Yellow cough is coming from nose during sneezing please prefer some medicine.
