Cant able to hear 4000 hz on both ears ..and tinnitus on left ears. is there any cure for this problem ?

Usually hearing loss at specific 4k hertz is usually because of noise induced hearing loss. Noise may be industrial, traffic, or sometimes ear phone induced. If your tinnitus is significant and disturbing you should consider tinnitus retraining therapy or tinnitus maskers
