White patch in mouth
White rough patch in mouth , was diagnosed as viral wart . Took medicationand doctor applied some chemical too but still there , now pain at the back of hard palate , dull pain in swallowing .

Viral wart are usually not painful and cause for pain may be different such as reflux laryngopharyngitis. You may need to anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits
