Constant phlegm comes only,not cold and sore throat only phlegm ...........

Kabi bi saliva type liquid or water come from nose , sneezing not at same time

Today morning my sis n me had small fight she slapped on my right ear it's paining too much from morning...give me some suggestions to me can I meet Doctor for this

I'm having DNS problem since long back.... Couple of times I undergone surgery....Still it's not been resolved.....Later I consulted Apollo hospital....Dr suggested me for again surgery.....DNS is deviated towards right side ...N it seems closed my right nostril. I'm facing difficulty to breath easily. ...So my body is not getting sufficient oxygen as per the need.....So I'm breathing quickly ...Panting ....Is surgery needed or any other treatment is available...Kindly guide me
