Recently i am facing dry nose issue. If i sleep for 3 hrs then my nose is becoming dry and while removing the dirt it is paining and talking long tym .... please suggest some tablets

You seem to be suffering from nasal vestibulitis which is a common type of hair follicle infection. You may need to apply antibiotic ointment to the nasal vestibule for few days. Saline irrigation is also helpful to remove the crusts
