Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sore throat, slight headache, 99.2 temp., congested, 4 small white spots in the back of my throat, slight pain all the way back to my ears with me ears slightly plugged.

I have echo and jam packed feeling in ear and head reeling with vomiting tendency. I have taken vertigon 1 tab. Pls suggest

Since the last year been experiencing this. Sporadically, but happening frequently now. Feels like I'm unable to gulp the food down my throat and it requires some effort to swallow. Need advice for the same. Thanks :)

Hi i am going to germany and have issue with my nose and i am worried that it would be exaggerate in cold condition. So i want to ask whaat to do treat it. Although i am talking every precaution i can.
