Thank you very Dr vinay, There is compulsory after surgery needs to take VRT therapy to improve my symptoms, are else by surgery only can be improve,? After surgery within how many days I may improve in my symptoms and start going to office

VRT depends on how much improvement you get after surgery. It may not be necessary if you recover completely after surgery. If some of the symptoms especially slight imbalance and floating sensation remains after surgery home vestibular exercises may be sufficient. If significant symptoms persist then professional VRT may be necessary
