Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am facing tongue issues since 17th June. I get small ulcer on tongue. They them start spreading and gets different reddish colour on some portion of tongue. I consulted ENT and he after blood testsentukned that this is geographic tongue. It heals and then ulcers appears again. My vitamin B12 is low and total ige is high(376). My ESR, ANA profile and CBC are normal. Please suggest if this is geographic tongue and how long would it take to heal completely. My doctor mentioed that there is no need to worry.
