Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I went to the clinic as I have a wet cough, chest pain on my left and lower back pain on the right. They gave me amoxylin 500mg with pain tablets for muscles. 2nd day drinking it. Im still coughing alot and have a headace and lightheadedness. Im very weak and sleep alot now.

I have been suffering from mild cough and cold for the past week. This caused one of my ears to block and impacted my hearing. Please suggest what should be done.

Since January my nose /throat has been blocked in the mornings and causing me to cough and my gag reflex takes over and it’s near being sick, I have noticed that one nasal spray is helping but I want something that’s solid and will totally get rid of the issue. I believe it’s sinusitis, i realistically want to totally get rid of it/mucus.

My first thyroid test tsh level is 6.97.so ihad 100 mg tablet.but after 3 months i test thyroid and tsh level is 1.02.now my tablet level

I am on 50 mcg Thyronorm for 6 months, have completed a month now. For TSH of 9.18, Shall I continue same dosage pattern or any changes need to be made. Please suggest.

I start sneezing every morning as soon as I wake up and running nose and red eyes. It’s like that from last 4-5 years. But now it get worse since last week. Do I have some kind of allergies?

I want to pull out wax for my Lt. Ear by Earbud , it scrath wall then few bleeding from this ear... From fewdays it star to pain but tympanic membrane is normal..

Doctor from last three days i am having pain in legs and also i am having head ache and also some times i feel like faintedness.. from two days i am hearing my heart beat in my ear and to the corner of ribs. i am hearing my heart beat in ear when the food comes back in mouth sometimes. ECG,2D ECHO,TMT are normal...i have anxiety... i always search all things in net and get frightened and panic. is hearing heart beat in ears serious issue doctor. if so what shld i do.. whom to consult
