Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I frequently clear my throat and sometimes having black mucus from lungs.I am having this problem from last 1 month. I smoke/dtink occasionally.i consulted with an ENT specialist he gave me 15 days medicine of Mento FX AND Rafron L and one syrup for hearth burn(I don't feel heartburn). Is it a sign of any serious disease. I don't have any problem except frequent throat clearing. Please help me.

Can you have a sinus infection with out a stuffy or runny nose I have ear pain and my sinuses hurt

I had a nasal polyp surgery on my right nose few days back,after that surgery my doctor told me to wash my nose with saline water.I am doing this regularly for 15days.but suddenly one day back some white watery discharged from my left nose and yellow watery sticky discharged from my right nose which had an operation for 2 /3 times in a day. I am using nasal spray also. I asked my doctor he said it is due to saline water wash some water remains in your sinuses and it drained out when you bends. Is it so? I am little nervous.

2 months back my nose got bleeding because internally it got hurt with my finger after consulting the doctor he has given medication the reason he has told because of dry nose. Now again it got started but no much only 2 -3 drops. Now that doctor is not available. Please help me to get rid of dry nose.

I'm feeling like there is something oily in my throat,when I try to swallow it,it again comes up in the throat but it never comes out...even after doing a lot of gargle with hot water,feeling very uncomfortable..(I had cold fews days ago and now I'm suffering from cough and sore throat,presently I'm using grilinctus for cough) plz help me out doc.

Sinuis. Intermiting loss of taste and smell. Mild sinus headaches. Nostrils blocking alternatively (like their taking it in turns) Nose making popping sensations. Not sneezed in 4 weeks! Right ear popping and making rumbling sensations

Hi, I recently got an infection on my earlobe piercing, its not a new piercing, I just woke up one morning and felt it itching really badly. I have always worn gold earrings only as it is known to be less prone to cause infections. I started putting foban cream when it first started itching, hoping the infection would go away. after 2 days, it became swollen and painful. I went to the pharmacy & they gave me mupirocin ointment & seratiopeptidase pills. Is that sufficient to stop the infection?

Ossicular fixation (My report check problem ) What I do Please help me as soon as possible. I am waiting for confirmation
