There are many causes for snoring such as obesity, deviated nasal septum, chronic rhinosinusitis, allergic rhinitis, inferior turbinate hypertrophy, nasal polyps, decreased tone of palate and pharyngeal muscles etc. Most common cause being obesity. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
