This is my 1 month perforated eardrum. It is a slap injury will it heal with antibiotics ? Is it healing or not ? No infection yet

To that I got a reply, that it won't be harmful in limited amounts such as 1/day... I just wanted to clarify that will this regular intake affect the vocal chord in anyway ? Serverly painful lesion's in back of throat but not the tonsils. Almost impossible to swallow. No other symptoms. At all!. I had them the other morning after walking up. My girlfriend had the same type of similar marks but on her tongue. She also had trouble swallowing. Hers lasted a little less than 2 days. Gone without treatment. I was seen in clinic today. Dr didn't run any tests just perscribed antibiotics. My girlfriend feels this is something other than strep.

Left ear ringing for 2.5 months. Both ear feels heavy and wired. No other issue, No pain, No problem with hearing.
