Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had a cold last week for which I took Azithromycin and Cetrizine for 4 days after which it subsided a lot. I planned my visit to Delhi on Friday. When the plane started ascending or descending, there was a gradual built up of pain in my left ear which got relieved with a pops from my ear once plane stabilized. The same happened during the return journey. Currently, I am facing a feeling of ear clogged like I have wax in my left ear with popping if I swallow. The same feeling was in Delhi as well but to a lesser degree.

Feeling very uncomfortable in my throat since 2 days as some food got stuck. I coughed a lot but not useful.please help me out. Thanks

Nose irritation for years getting worst. Feels as if something's clogging nostrals constantly like I have to blow it. Also lumps inside nose. And white patches in throat and red and green mucus constantly. I have nose pain and in runs alot. There red bubble type things inside in each nostril and swollen. It's so annoying. I'm constant dizzy.

One of my ears feels clogged. My hearing in that ear is muffled and its uncomfortable but not painful. I was wondering how I can that buildup.
