I m feeling difficulty to breath since long time...After NCCT PNS doctor gave me some medicines but no relief.then he advised me to go for surgery...He advised SAPTOPLASTY,TURNINOPLASTY,CONCHOPLQSTY...What would I do? I m very confused.

You seem to be suffering from deviated nasal septum with inferior turbinate hypertrophy. If you don't have any symptoms of allergy such as recurrent attacks of cold, surgery may be the only option
