Done CT scan the report says inflammatory mucosal thickening of the maxillary and ethmoid and frontal sinuses on both sides and Angular deviation of the nasal septum due to bony spur with convexity towards left

according to CT scan you need to try conservative treatment for at least 3 weeks. if not resolved then take advise regarding operation. bony spur in septum might need operation. do alkaline nasal wash regularly. don't worry.
