Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, My right tonsil is paining severely along with some pain in my right ear. I'm having trouble swallowing food as it pains

 sir pichle 1.5 mnths se mjhe gale me bht prblm ho rh h gale me cough jasa lgta h kbh-2 atka hua lgta h smjh nh aa rha kya h mne ent specialist ko dikhaya unhone ige test, tsh, rbs, and cbc kraya nd endoscopy ko bh bola tha bt wo mne nh krayi blood test baki sb thk h bt total ige 333.5 iu/ml aya h jo kafi jyada h unhone 15 din medicine khane ko bola h please btaiye mjhe kuch serious problem to nh h na. 

It's been 1 month I guess , whenever I wake up after a few hours im starting to sneeze continuously , it won't stop and atlast I have to take a pill called rhino! What's the problem behind it ? Cuz of my weight?

Swelling inside nose on the bend so frequent cold and sinus issues..sinusetis comes I fear some growth type in nose
