  4. Left ear pain. When only when air touch?

Left ear pain
My left ear pains a lot, when cool breeze touched. If earphones touch the ear now the pain becomes more. I had already consultant 3 doctors. One said to do a operation and remain 2 suggest tablets. Still now there is no change. Pain occur when only when air touch
