Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From past three days I feel pain at left side of my throat (upper portion). I don't have any difficulties in eating. I feel pain when i look upside. Pain is low but why this happen? Ongoing meds: Thyrox 12.5

My nephew has hearing issue with both ears. On consulting doctor we got to know his ears are damaged badly and need surgery. I have attached report. Please see and guide us what is the right step to take now.

Hi, I noticed white patches on my throat ( back of my mouth wall) when I had cold and ear pain due to mucus in my ears. I took antibiotic for that. It's been a month now, got severe pain while swallowing and saw red swollen tonsils with small pimple like bumps on it .  Again on antibiotic for that. But the white patches on my throat are not yet healed completely. They are still visible. How long would it take to heal  those bumps. It's mentally disturbing a lot to see the same for a month. Is it normal or any vitamin deficiency that causes it. Could not discus with my doc as he was busy with some emergency patients. Please help me. Thanks in advance.!

I have maxillary sinuses, I got cold, and had blocked nose for last one week, from last two days when I lower my head I feel a sharp pain in the backside of my head. Precisely near the spine.
