Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have problem in jaw from last 2 years it get locked type and stiffness. So when it get unlock some kind ok sound pops up, and also same jaw muscle not properly grown as another one by observing. Also have neck muscle problem while swallowing ..Muscle stiffness feeling on right neck ..Is there any relation between those problem

I am suffering from cold from past 4 days, and my left ear is also blocked from 3 days, today at evening I was trying to unblock my left ear by closing my nose with fingers and applying pressure from inside like we do in flight then I observe a purrrr sound from my left ear and felt that air pressure is easily passing through it What should I do

.Last one month i am observing that my father cannot hear slow voice or sound.When we speak to him in slow tone he can not listen.Kindly suggest what to do ?

Some food particle is stucked in my throat it is irritating me. I drank lot of water but it is still stucked there.

Please tell me , how much thyronorm dose I have to take , if I have 8.3 TSH. I had tsh- 7.419 in 11th month 2017 I had TSH - 6.5 in 5th month 2018 I'm currently taking 100mcg from 6- 7 months But now it is increased to 8.249 Kindly, tell me what dose of thyronorm I have take now.
