Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from nosebleeds problem since 4-5 years. The occurrence is not too frequent but since last 2-3 times the bleeding is occurring with clots. I want to know the reason behind this nosebleeds with clots. Is it due to age as I am female aged 50.

Is there any treatment available to treat nose bleeding permanently? I am male aged 45 have been suffering from nosebleeds problem since a decade. Tried many remedies but in vain. Also the freuency keeps on increasing though intensity has reduced a bit. Please help as it has passed to my daughter also.

My one of the female colleagues and best friend of mine aged 42 have recently started suffering from nosebleeds problem. It happens anytime during day in offices also. But was surprised to see her nose bleeding only from one nostril. Is frequent nosebleeds only from one nostrils acommon occurrence?
