Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My girlfriend is having cold and runny nos e since past 3 days. Half side of the face and head is paining from that.

Everytime i drink something cold i can feel it in my chest. its been scaring me so bad. Is it a problem

Problem occurs from years and i also take nose surgery before 7 month that time my smelling sense was working for 2 months as i took medicines and spray. But now i am not getting smell like before and i feels my left nose is not taking air freely. Left nose has catch cold.

Bump on the side of my throat. It's about a quarter to half dollar sized. Formed since Wednesday night

Due to severe allergic reaction and mucus thickening in paranasal sinus, undergone septoplasty +FESS in 2011.At that time ENT surgeon prescribed Rhinocort aqua which I have been using for the last three years and subsequently replaced with Nasomac AF. These were perfectly maintaining the health. But recently ophthalmologist suggested that the eyes are getting weak due to the steroid nasal spray. On further ENT consultation, stopped Nasomac AF spray and started Alerfix total. After use of 2 months, it seems huge mucus is dropping in the throat and feeling to have fever, though actually fever did not happen. Kindly suggest a suitable long term treatment plan. With Alerfix total condition is not as good as with Nasomac AF.

Since day before yesterday, I have started hearing ringing sound in my left ear. I don't feel any kind of pain and there is no discharge of blood or water from my ear. Please tell me what could cause it.

Referred to ent specialist by my gp but budget is very tight to go to one. My ear has been having on and off pain for the past 3 months. Yellow discharge sometimes as well.
