Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello sir,I am diagonsed with hypothroidism.and after 2months treatment it reduced to normal..but I am suffering from nose blockage right or left..and it makes me unable to stand for long time .and i don't take any treatment for that.my doc told to me do pranayama and steaming for sometime. But it don't work .please suggest a soluton for that

I had pain in the right ear cartilage since last week. Yesterday I applied eardrops (Cipla CIPLOX) and tried to clean the ear using earbud. Since then, I have a feeling of fullness in my ear and the pain still exists in the cartilage. There is a little swelling behind the right earlobe too. What might be the issue?

Is it true that nosebleeds and cancer are related to each other? I always thought nosebleeds is a minor problem. Have heard recently from friend saying frequent nosebleeds can lead to cancer also. Please elaborate if it's true. Myself female 21 just curious to know.
