Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been experiencing ringing in my ears for nearly three months now I had visited a renowned ent specialist who said that it was because of my sinusitis and ear infection and also because of my nasal passages being blocked. So even now I'm having that ringing constantly in both my ears. IS IT SOMETHING ALARMING? Can it be tinnitus? Before this I've never experienced anything like this. Also, I've NOT experienced any loss in hearing.

I have headache n noise running from yesterday and even cough...Couldn't breathe from nose...

I had a condition since my birth. A cold with lot of mucus coming out just after a high pain inside the nose. When getting older it became more frequent. First it was once in several months. But, it became once in every month, every week, and now every day for 2 to 3 times. Can't work, can't study. Went to doctor. He(physycian) gave me "montelukast and levocetirizine" as medicine for 10 days. It stopped soon after having medicine. But after 1 day without medicine, it appears again. Now i am having this medicine everyday for about 3 months. My doctor told me that no side effects are here and its no antibiotic. Also, he told about the condition of "CSF RHINORRHOEA". He said he doesn't sure of it. So i need to consult a senior doctor in medical college. Can someone here help me.? If it is CSF R, what should i do.? Could it be something else.? Does any other medicine can stop this.? Please answer this with your kind attention.. Thank you!

Hello sir ,just 10 days back my eardrum was raptured .from that I started to experience  sound in my left ear .i consult with the ear specialist  .He gave 15 days medicine .but still a little sound is coming .By when it will cured ?please reply me .you answer may make me relaxation.Thank you

Since last 15 days my wife is suffering from vertigo due to ear jam,we first visited to GP and waited for 2 days but nothing worked,than went to ent specialist he is doing the treatment since last 12 days yesterday injected blumerol steroid also. And all other medicines are going on. From last 2 to 3 days the vertigo is 90% ok but the ear is heavy as if jammed sometimes it gets open than she  feels well but again the ear gets jammed.Audiometry test was also done report attached. I am very worried please suggest/advise.

Intermittent ear block happened for the last two months. Ear block is more when I started talking in the office. In the morning hours it's not there. Please advise

During various intervals nose bleeds either side left or right especially during summer and rainy season

I am not sure if it's exactly throat infection or not but occasionally I get some whiteness on my throat, it's there for one or 2 days then disappear, this is happening from 2-3 months i have consulted one ENT, she said its could be infections as well as acidic refluxes, I have completed 4 rounds of antibiotics with one month gap in between as well as I took antacids, but this things is still there, I am now feeling jaw pain and sometimes difficulty in swallowing and tonsils also pains when I tough them and very mild sensation in ear as well, one ENT suggested to take CT scan as well, did that and everything was normal. Not sure what to do next.

Guy I used to had ear pain from 6 month then i have consulted one ENT SPECIALIST he checked my ear using camera( dont know the name of device) in LCD display. Then he told me you are having healthy ear no problem is there inside. Then he recommends me some paracetamol and ear cleaner. Afterwards i thought it will be ok but the pain was there inside the ear then again after 3 month of that first check up one day after several pain i went to one of the top ENT SPECIALIST he has also examined and found nothing. He told you are not having any problems inside ear but may be due to teeth growing inside mouth can cause pain. and as i told him when i talk to someone in mobile phone that time pain is there so he recommends to use earphone. Then after that also pain is there little little and the pain get higher when i am exposure to loud noise or too much talking in phone calls. Head reeling, not able to sleep on right-side. Sudden movement of body causes head reeling.During sleep if side is changed unknowingly sleep gets disturbed.
