Burning eyes and body fatigue
I experience burning eyes all day accompanied by body fatigue. This sometimes lead to headache at the back of my head and neck ache.

There isn't sufficient information to suggest a specific diagnosis. Burning eyes are usually symptoms seen in allergic reactions. I would advise you to meet a MD general medicine so that you can be examined and undergo necessary investigations such as AEC, CBC, X-Ray, etc to find the underlying cause of the problem and have it treated accordingly.
