Hi :), Having deafness in one year from childhood, vertigo and continuous dizziness started from last 1 year , got well after operation , use to put dexona in ear everyday , now prob started again of dizziness , went to doctors but not able to recover it , i also do vrt , can't help my self

I was diagnosed with acute pansinusitis,bilateral eustachian tube dysfunction and grade 2 lymphoid hyperplasia nasopharynx...what do they mean???I have been prescribed the following medicines-tab cefuromine 250mg,tab allegra 120mg , fluticone ft nasal spray....I have also been advised to do vestibular rehabilitation exercises...It would be of a great help to me if I am explained about the conditions I am suffering from and also the treatment options...what is the meaning of vestibular rehabilitation exercises???Plz tell...

I m feeling difficulty to breath since long time...After NCCT PNS  doctor gave me some medicines but no relief.then he advised me to go for surgery...He advised SAPTOPLASTY,TURNINOPLASTY,CONCHOPLQSTY...What would I do? I m very confused.
