Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am surfing from tinnitus with severe hearing loss from since 15 years. I have consulted with many ENT specialist in reputed hospitals but all doctors adviced me to take hearing aid. But I don't want to use hearing aids because wearing hearing aid my tinnitus cannot cured and it is too expensive. Please advice me is there any hope to cure tinnitus ?

How should I need to wash my ears while showering should I need to use a soap or only water is required.

I have DNS problem with dry cough while speaking.Had shown to ENT specialist ,was given medicine for DNS but was advice to refer Chest physician for dry cough which occurs usually while speaking.I have taken xray and also done CT scan of face with blood report.The blood report shows esinophils at 10 ,the problem is for last 2-3 months.

Thyroid tumor remedy can be in allopathic.Dr.call it ghegha deases.please help me. Dr.ask for surgery but we not want.

Hi Doctor, we shifted to Johannesburg recently from delhi. After some days my wife Pooja had some symptoms of flu. After some time little blood particles started coming out of with the mucus. We consulted a doctor, he said it's just a common flu and gave some antibiotics for a week. After a week the blood particles were still coming. The doctor suggested for an X-ray and the report specified Bronchial Inflammatory condition. The doctor gave a stronger dose of antibiotics (amox 1mg). After a week the blood particles are still coming. Please suggest..

I had cold but not running nose, some cough and in could sense blocked ears. I have had history of ear problems, infections, excess wax issues. Since few days I am feeling too much dizzy while looking down or moving neck quickly. I am taking vertin 8mg since 4/days twice daily but not helping. I have high bp. 140/90 reading 4 days ago and take telista 40mg. Suggest solution for dizziness.

My mother suffers from a strange and quite painful condition which is now hindering her lifestyle. She hears all the voices and sounds extremely amplified and also suffers from tinnitus, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, etc. She experiences ringing & roaring interchangeably and/or simultaneously. After some research, my guess is Ménière's Disease and Hyperacusis. Please note, she is diagnosed with hypothyroidism and takes Eltroxin 50 everyday. Please suggest the right course of action including checkup, treatment advice, etc. Thanks in advance.

Light swelling in ear nerves due to high noise, but the problem is we can not avoid this loud noise because of the work place issues. Please suggest me if their is any noise deduction device for ears to protect them with this noise problem.

I have an athletic body type, visit the gym regularly and have a desk job. I have Deviated Nasal Septum but wasn't advised surgery when it was detected 5 years ago. I have been complained that I snore very loudly and on some mornings I can feel that too, because my throat pains a little esp. the tonsil glands. For the last couple of years I have a feeling that my sleep is incomplete, that is I feel groggy in the morning and lethargic at work. I try to get 8 hours of sleep, though always not possible. But on an average it is 7-8 hours. Is there any treatment for the snoring problem and possible sleep apnea?
