Hi friend, From the information provided by you, it seems you have got acute sinusitis. Treatment requires antibiotic, mucolitics, decongestant nasal drops, steam inhalation. But before that you have to consult an otolaryngologist in person for confirming the diagnosis. If there is swelling and tenderness over cheek, it can be cheek abscess also.
