Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Having ulcer kind of thing again and again in deep of my throat and due to it, my ears and adjacent areas are also paining. I have taken antibiotics ciprodac 500 then it became quite normal and after few days it again emerged when I left to take medicine. Can you help what's going on?

I am having some light pain in throat. After taking medicine from ENT specialist its recovered. But very slight intermediate pain is happening in right side now. Today slight pain i have feel while eating. Since 2 weeks i am facing this intermediate pain. In 1st week pain is shifting from throat to below jaw. I am not facing any fever or cold. Prescription attached. Some dryness of throat in morning. After taking water there is no issue. My fear is that is I am facing cancer?
