Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ige level is very high>3000 throat pain I'm taking medicine since 1 month but sometime i feel pain

My father was fine last night but as soon as he woke up today, within minutes the problem started. He slept all day. He took two Vertin 16mg tablets within a gap of around 6 hours. That had very less effect. He then took Stemetil 5mg. He felt better after that. It's almost been 24hours but he is still not completely okay. His blood pressure is 135/90. What should be done?

I have been noticing some ulcer types development on back part of the tongue. Cannot see it as it is at very rear end of the throat but when I try to touch it, I can feel it. It is non painful. How can I show that to doctor ??
