Deviated septum

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have a deviated septum which has been confirmed my one of the doctor. I have been given medication tablets and a nose spray. It was good till some days after medication but since 3 weeks I had an infection like feeling in my right nostril which is giving me burning sensation in nose and right side nostril. Today I have a running nose which is giving a pain in right nostril,facial pain and drowsiness. I don't know what to do now should I go for medication again or go for septoplasty which has been suggested by doctor at initial consultancy which he suggested only if breathing becomes harder.

Sir , bone deviations cannot be corrected by medicines. If u are having continuous nose block, then i suggest u go ahead with surgery. Also get a ct scan of the nose done.
